Love my new Slingbacks!
So I finally caved and bought The Slingback, you know, after seeing them everywhere. They totally lived up to the hype! They're super comfy, which is awesome because I can actually walk in them all day without my feet hurting. The leather is really soft too. Shipping was pretty normal, got them in about a week and a half which was fine. They came in a nice dust bag, which is a good touch. Definitely thinking about getting The Mule next, my friend said hers are great too.
Good quality, delivery took a while
I ordered The Elevated Loafer and generally, I'm quite pleased with the purchase. The quality of the leather feels really nice, and they look just as good in person as they did on the website. They were comfortable right out of the box, which is a big plus for me since I hate breaking in new shoes. My only real critique is the shipping time; it took about 10 days to get to me in California, which felt a bit long, even for international. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was good. Overall, a solid product for the price, but they could probably streamline their US delivery.
Consistently good quality and fit
This was my third order from ESSEN, this time I went for The Combat Boot. I've been a fan since I first tried The Foundation Flat last year. Their sizing is always consistent for me, which makes ordering online so much easier – I know my usual size will fit perfectly. The Combat Boots are sturdy and well-made, just like my previous purchases. I appreciate their commitment to quality materials; everything holds up really well.
